• Q: What is the Toss Tee System?
  
  The Toss Tee System is used for driving your golf ball as a golf tee replacement. It enables you to tee up your golf ball without having to bend down. You can also retrieve the Toss Tee without having to bend down using the Toss Tee System.
• Q: Can I buy just the Toss Tees?
  
  Yes you can order just individual Toss Tees in any of 3 sizes.
• Q: How do I install the Toss Tee System into my driver?
  
  You can do it yourself, or have a golf pro shop do it. To do it yourself, simply score the top of the grip using a knife or razor, then insert the system down into the hollow portion of your driver. Click here to see a diagram.

• Q: How/when/where is my order shipped?
  
  We ship via FedEx (you choose Ground / Express) and you will be emailed a tracking # when your order is shipped. All orders are shipped from Buffalo, New York the next business day which the order is received.
• Q: What about returns/refunds?
  
  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 100% refund (not including shipping) - Please email support@tosstee.com to get return shipping instructions.
